Stephanie Gilmore, Founding Editor
Stephanie is a veteran editor who has edited for seven academic journals, eleven academic and mainstream presses, and three book series. After taking a sabbatical from academia to care for her sister, she moved her focus to advocacy, speaking on college campuses around the country about sexual violence and sexual consent. She has also worked as a victim counselor and shelter coordinator for victims of domestic and other forms of violence. Along her path, she pursued oenology and is WSET 2 certified. However, editing and vision are her passion. She also enjoys an eclectic "mixtape" playlist -- ask her about them!
William Forsee, Co-Founder
Bill is a climate science evangelist who has studied marine affairs and policy, political activism, and environmental justice for many years. As a member of the Desert Research institute in Las Vegas and as a researcher at the University of Miami, he co-authored and edited scientific papers for colleagues in the field of climate science. He is currently involved in building coalitions in Huntsville, AL and developing a Sustainability Action Committee within the city government. He enjoys all things Star Wars and political economy (separately, of course).
Maybe, Office Assistant
No editorial experience whatsoever, but offers love and snuggles to anyone who sits on the sofa with her. She enjoys belly rubbings and has a terrific smile.
Moosey, Office Assistant
"Shreds papers with a vengeance" is the extent of her experience in the field, but she loves to beg for Temptations treats and sit in the office window, looking at birds.
